For this months event we will be running a 400 point, 14 figure limit, All Time format. Each player will need to bring a 400pt list using the All Time Format that uses no more than 14 figures, you can include more than 14 figures in your army, but cannot deploy more than 14 figures at the start and during the game. So yes, Airborne Elite and Glide Strikers will count toward that limit. It does mean that, say you had sixty points left and wanted to put in a squad of Marro Stingers, but already have 12 figures in your army, you can still take the stingers, but one figure will not be used at all during the game.
