Your army may only consist of Heroes and all Heroes must come from a single Valkyrie General. You may only draft 2x of any Common or Uncommon Hero.

Volarak Exception: Volarak Heroes may be drafted into any army under any other Valkyrie General (ex. a player running an Utgar army may also include Imperator Kayne in that army)
